It became one of the moments I looked forward to the least and every time I did it I felt I was paying some type of penance through the discomfort on my 50 year old and long removed from a lithe athletic body. Fortunately I had some muscle strength and eventually I learned the best way to maneuver my frame, but as an average effort it was difficult.
